Essex van locks are based in a small yard in Essex and with them being out on the road or on site fitting locks on the vans and trucks to protect the tools of our tradespeople they was left unprotected at their own office and workshop.

We arrived on site a few weeks after we was contacted to carry out a fairly straight forward CCTV & intruder alarm installation. As they was concerned about a break in and loosing any equipment or tools they had, we had the installations completed in a day. They was extremely happy and relieved to be able to monitor their unit 24/7 with an alarm systems set up as well.

As the units were made from metal containers a wireless system was out of the question on this one. 3 detached containers meant tubing and cables had to be run and buried, but this was not an issue. The works was carefully carried out and the systems up and running in 1 day. The customer now has eyes on his property whenever he likes with 2 2MP viper ip cameras with a 2.8mm fixed lens, and a 4MP dahua 25x zoom PTZ. Also a Texecom Premier elite set up on the smartcom for remote setting and signalling.

Our client was extremely happy with the works carried out and it feels great to know we are looking after a company that help all us tradespeople keep our tools and equipment safe from the bad guys.
