New fire alarm installations for Industrial units in Maidstone, Kent

The new build units required L2 fire alarms installing along with disabled refuge & disabled toilet alarms

The installations needed to be carried out and commissioned for a fast approaching deadline.

We designed and installed an L2 fire alarm system to each of the 4 units, along with the disabled refuge alarm and disabled toilet alarms. We decided to install the C-tec XFP 2 loop panel with Apollo XP95 protocol. With a spare loop on the panels this gave room for additional works to be added to the systems at a later date. This also keeps the systems open protocol for the new tenants moving in, meaning they can contact their fire company to take on the maintenance if they choose not to use us.

The facilities management company was extremely happy we had the systems installed and commissioned on time with no problems. As this was not our first project working for this client they had no doubt we would be completed on time as we had never let them down on previous projects.
